But it will also feature a 13-minute performance halfway through by The Weeknd, one of the most popular current musical artists in the world.  The Weeknd becomes the third Canadian to perform at a Super Bowl halftime show, after Shania Twain headlined one year and Dan Aykroyd made an appearance another year. He'll be following up an electric performance on the Miami stage a year ago by Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.     Angels, Pirates swap relievers Ernesto Frieri, Jason Grilli
